Introduction:
So you’re looking at Akiflow Alternatives, and it’s highly likely that you’ve landed on this page or this article, and you want to find the best one for you. So let’s go through some of the best Akiflow Alternatives and give you some insights into which one is best for you.
So, welcome guys! My name is Shahid and I have been a web developer and a blogger for the past 10 years. So, very simply, Akiflow, as many people know, is a daily planner app. It allows you to do three core things: tasks, calendar, and task consolidation, which allows you to bring in tasks from other applications. So, we tried to find apps that were the closest to this criteria. So without wasting any more time let’s drive into this article.
Best AKIFLOW Alternatives Apps For You:
Sunsama
The first one on our list is called Sunsama and it’s what I would devise as probably the closest Akiflow alternative. It presents good task consolidation, allowing you to bring in tasks from other apps like ClickUp, Notion, and more, as well as the ability to plan your day using calendar and task functionality.
It also inspired Akiflow to add some of its guided planning functions that you may have seen in the app already. The guided planning functionality is probably one of the best in Sunsama because they were one of the core innovators in that space. So, it’s great for being able to plan ahead and is very much more of a mindful alternative to the likes of Akiflow.
Routine
Next up is Routine, and this one is much lighter in its nature. It’s for personal users and will allow you to manage your tasks, calendar, and also your light notes, which is very helpful. It allows you to capture those on Mac. The Mac version of Routine is fantastic because they have a feature called Console, which allows you to quickly capture an event, a task, or even a little short note about a movie you want to watch.
Now, the note-taking in it is very light; it’s not going to replace something like Evernote, but at the same time, it’s a great little addition that the likes of Akiflow don’t have. But sadly, it doesn’t have task consolidation or the ability to book meetings like Akiflow does, so that’s just something to know.
Motion
Now, the next most accurate Akiflow alternative is probably Motion. It is very much AI-powered and does have more project management abilities than Akiflow has only just released. But largely, it is a real powerhouse for those who are looking to manage their day because what it has is Auto scheduling, allowing you to add an event or a task and it will reshuffle them based on the importance and correlation to the other tasks you have in your Motion system. It also allows you to move into a Kanban view.
It sadly doesn’t have task consolidation, but it does have meeting scheduling as well, which is empowered by AI, so it makes sure to book the right meeting and weave that around your schedule too. So, if you’re looking for something for which you’re a busy professional and you’re looking for something a little bit more of a hands-off experience, then this is a good one for you. It’s also very similar in pricing to Akiflow as well.
Ellie Planner
Next up is Ellie Planner, which is a lightweight alternative to Akiflow. It’s very much like s in a sense; it’s very clean in its look but it’s a lot cheaper at $9.99 per month. It’s independently developed and Ellie planner has some great features like time boxing and also brain dump which allows you to add all the tasks in that your brain’s got and you just want to get them down.
But to be honest, Ellie Planner is much lighter in nature; it’s not going to provide some of the really good functionality in my opinion like time slot rituals that you have inside of Akiflow and it’s and Akiflow is well known for and it doesn’t have task consolidation but it does I think it will have task consolidation in the future I think that’s one of their plans but largely a very interesting lightweight alternative to Akiflow.
Timestripe
Number five is time stripe, Now timestripe is a planner app. But it’s very different it’s a holistic type of planner because it will help you plan next week but also your next decade because what it does is it zooms out on your productivity and helps you to focus around you know maybe even looking to try and plan a future goal but also correlate that to what that month goal is what that week goal is and filter down into your day-to-day.
It’s also got a feature called climbs which allows you to basically habit track ahead and also it’s got some really good abilities with boards as well but largely this application is very much a holistic type of planner and Akiflow is more just get on and try and do as much stuff as possible so if you’re looking more productively in terms of zoom out sense then both the Sunama and the Timestripe are very good at.
Bonus Apps
So I’ve only mentioned five but there are five others I want to mention as well just quickly going over them the Todoist and the Super list are good to-do list Alternatives if you’re looking for something less intense than Akiflow a lot cheaper as well.
Then if you’re looking for a calendar first Alternatives Morgan and Amy are great solutions they also have some forms of task consolidation which will bring in apps tasks from other apps as well and finally the Structured is much lighter even lighter than the Ellie planner and presents a good alternative if you’re iOS driven and want a more simplistic routine based application.
Ending Note: So those are the best Akiflow alternatives on our list I hope you found the best app for you. And you can download all the applications from the Google Play Store.
